Meet Jodie Humphreys
Principal Psychologist
& Board Approved Supervisor

Jodie Humphreys has over 20 years experience working in Private-practice and educational settings. Jodie works with individual clients from all ages ranging from toddlers to adults, as well as working with couples and families.

Jodie has specialised training in Gottman Couple Relationship Therapy, Eating Disorders, Sand Play Therapy, Family Therapy and ADOS/MIGDAS assessments.

Meet Nicole Small
Registered Psychologist

Nicole is a registered psychologist who has recently relocated from Far North Queensland and is excited to support clients on the South Coast. Nicole has experience working in schools and not-for-profit organisations, where she has supported children, adolescents, and adults to meet their therapeutic goals.
​
Nicole is trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Sandtray Therapy. She also utilises creative and narrative-based approaches in her practice. Nicole takes a neuro-affirming approach to therapy and has a special interest in supporting children and adolescents who face challenges in the school environment.

Meet Jessie Surplice
Provisional Psychologist

Jessie is a provisional psychologist with a warm, approachable manner. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to explore their strengths and support meaningful change.
​
Jess has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and various psychological assessments. She is currently completing further studies in art therapy and enjoys incorporating creative approaches into her work.
​
Before psychology, Jess worked extensively with children and adults living with disability and chronic mental illness. She has a strong interest in neurodiversity and works from a neuro-affirming perspective. Jess works with both children and adults who have NDIS funding.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys painting, playing guitar, and reading. On weekends, she loves exploring nature and new places with her family - whether on a bushwalk, an outdoor adventure, or trying not to fall off her scooter at the local skate park!

Meet Amy Newsom
Registered Psychologist

Amy has over 10 years’ experience across private practice and educational settings in metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW and remote Western Australia. She works with clients across the lifespan and tailors her approach to each individual. Amy is known for her warm, friendly and down-to-earth style, and values collaborating with clients, their loved ones and other professionals in their care.
Amy is skilled in a range of evidence-based treatment models, including:

Meet Kaelan Jones
Registered Psychologist

Kaelan is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). With experience in private practice settings, Kaelan has supported children, adolescents, and adults with a range of presentations. Kaelan has a particular interest in helping individuals explore their neurotype and has a
background in neuroaffirming assessment and diagnosis.
Kaelan can assess for:

- Intellectual Developmental Disorders
- Specific Learning Disorders
- Giftedness
Kaelan enjoys helping clients identify their brain style strengths, find ways to navigate their brain style challenges, and most of all unmask and discover their true selves in a safe and supportive way.
